Please ensure that you complete a PAR-Q form at the Fitness Suite reception prior to gym/swim use. Gym Opening Times and Swim Timetable below:

• Monday 7:30am - 9:15am 
• Tuesday 12:00pm - 2:00pm 
• Wednesday 12:00pm - 2:00pm 
• Thursday 12:00pm - 2:00pm 
• Friday 7:30am - 9:15am 

Gym

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm 
• Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Gym Challenges: Visit us at the Fitness Suite to view our challenge board which will include a variety of gym-based challenges across Wellbeing Week - suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Prizes will be given to those who score highest.

Gym Membership Deal Jan 2025: If you like what you see following the Free Taster sessions, why not purchase a 1-month gym membership for £10 or Jan-June membership for £50 (memberships also include use of swimming pool). Memberships can be purchased at reception or online at any time in January
